Instructions and Procedure for Online Counselling

  1. Please read the Instruction and Guidelines carefully before you start filling the Online Counselling.
  2. Candidates can apply for online counselling through website www.RuBedCounselling.in
  3. The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online counselling Form. Candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated online counselling Page after successful submission of data.Candidates are not required to send hard copy of online counselling choice page to Ranchi University, Ranchi. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application i.e. choice page, challan if fees is paid by challan, for future reference.

    Service Charges & Service Taxes (as applicable) will be charged extra by the Bank, when paying through Debit/Credit Card./Internet Banking.

  5. Application Procedure: 5 Simple Steps to be followed to apply online counselling.
    Step 1: Login & Verify Details. Select New Registration for online counselling option will have to enter their application No. and date of Birth. Your details will appear on Screen. Verify and proceed.
    Step 2: Pay Counselling Fee by E-challan/Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking: For Payment by challan (Can be download from online application portal): The candidate has to select “E-Challan” to submit the application fee-through bank. As soon as he/she selects, an E-Challan will be generated containing details of the candidate along with amount to be paid as per their category and course(s) opted. The candidate has to take a printout of the same and take it to the nearest Core Banking Service (CBS) facility enabled Branch of the respective Bank for making payment. Once the payment has been confirmed by the Bank, we will activate the Transation Id through you can process your online application form. OR Candidate can also pay fee by Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking of any bank. Fill in the Online Application Form and note down system generated Transaction No and complete next step.
    Step 3: Fill choice Application Form & Lock : The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online choice Form. you can choose maximun Ten (10) college. then Lock your choice. * NOTE : No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
    Step 4: Print Choice Page for your record and future reference.
  6. All Steps are mandatory, On-line application submission will be considered as complete only after receipt of “Confirmation Page”.
  7. If your E-Challan Transaction Id not updated and you are not able to complete further steps, then scan your Paid E-Challan and Upload the scaned copy of E-Challan at the online application portal by login with your registration no.
  8. Do not apply until your result has been published .
  9. Note : Do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results other wise your application form will be cancelled.
